Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft development technologies
- Relevant certifications including:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (optional but valued)
- Experience with Cloud Native Services, particularly Logic/Function Apps (nice to have)
- Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards (nice to have)

Responsibilities
As a Senior Power Platform Developer at Triad, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. My key duties include:
- Developing, administering, and supporting Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, the M365 suite, Power Pages, and bespoke applications built using the Power Platform.
- Delivering innovative solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform (including Power Pages), and SharePoint Online throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Designing and building both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
- Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Pages with plugins, custom workflow assemblies, JavaScript, and extended Azure/Office 365 capabilities.
- Utilizing Microsoft Power BI for reporting and data visualization requirements.
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the broader Microsoft solutions suite and how products integrate and complement each other.
- Applying core software engineering principles across various platforms, languages, and business domains.
- Demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for technology with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Contributing original ideas and technical insights to explore new approaches.
- Taking initiative and exhibiting entrepreneurial thinking to drive technical innovation and continuously enhance development practices.
