Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a deep understanding of .Net 6 and 8, as well as .Net Framework 4.8. Experience with UI frameworks, particularly Blazor (WASM) and React is essential. You should have experience working with containerized deployments, including Azure Kubernetes, and familiarity with Azure native solutions and serverless architecture, including Service Bus and KeyVault. Previous experience in leading or mentoring teams is also a crucial requirement.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive delivery by translating business needs into secure, scalable software solutions, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to release. You will stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies and building prototypes to test new ideas that will strengthen our product pipeline. We expect you to raise standards by embedding best practices like TDD, DRY, and SOLID across the team, protecting system quality and performance. Additionally, you will inspire others by mentoring and supporting your colleagues to help them grow their skills and confidence. You may also be required to provide occasional out-of-hours support for key deployments or business-critical work.
