Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 1 year of similar experience, ideally within the education sector.
- I possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- I have a high-level knowledge of common user applications and am skilled in using Office 365.
- I am capable of upholding the quality of school computer equipment, installing new and existing software across the network, and providing technical support for users to resolve technical problems.
Responsibilities
- I will respond to technical support requests in line with expectations.
- I will assist in the installation and repair of computers with standardized applications and networking software, diagnosing and solving problems that arise in their operations.
- I will engage in a wide range of technical duties related to the computer network and desktop services, including working with existing installations and upgrading them. This includes desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns, and hardware.

- I am excited to offer this full-time opportunity as a Junior IT Technician based in Oxfordshire. Please note that this role is subject to an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks. The salary for this position ranges from £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
