Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant work experience.
- I have at least 5 years of proven experience in IT service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- I possess a strong understanding of global service delivery models and IT support systems.
- I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- I can manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- I build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units in the region.
- I collaborate with business units to understand their technology needs and objectives.
- I serve as the liaison between IT and the region, directing requests to the appropriate IT business partner.
- I influence the utilization of global services and work to break down silos.
- I provide feedback to the Global Client Services team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- I monitor and analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- I act as the in-region escalation point for IT service issues and critical incidents.
- I create and maintain an asset management roster until the global asset management system is rolled out.
- I serve as the in-region front room for all audits while leveraging global service delivery leaders.
- I identify potential risks and issues related to IT projects and service delivery.
- I ensure vendors are engaged for the right reasons and at the right times.
Description
The IT Regional Lead - EMEA plays a crucial role in transitioning Sensata Technologies to a global service delivery model. This position focuses on improving IT support and service delivery across the region, ensuring consistent solutions, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. I will partner with Sensata leaders in the region to identify IT needs and filter them to the respective IT team for execution, utilizing Sensata's defined intake and prioritization process. This role serves as the regional IT leader, acting as a single point of escalation for the business organizations and assisting with the identification and prioritization of work that is needed for day-to-day operations. Deploying standards, reducing complexity, and adding value to our internal customers are key focus areas that I will directly influence. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
