Requirements
Must:
- I have extensive expertise in Digital Manufacturing 4.0, including experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and ERP flows, especially to and from MES/PLM.
- I possess knowledge in SCADA/PLC systems and have experience with Manufacturing IT and OT, focusing on IT/OT convergence reference architecture and segmentation.
- I am familiar with modern manufacturing networking, including industrial Wi-Fi and hosting options for manufacturing (on-premises, cloud, hybrid).
- I understand edge computing use cases for manufacturing and have knowledge of Industry IoT standards in sensor deployment, smart devices, and automation.
- I have a strong understanding of cybersecurity or industrial security frameworks to protect interconnected and automated systems from cyber threats, as well as relevant industry compliance knowledge.
- I am skilled in data analytics and interpretation, including expertise in collecting, cleansing, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets (Big Data) from production, as well as data strategy and governance use case definitions.
Responsibilities
- I am responsible for communicating and presenting complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- I will apply my problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges encountered in digital manufacturing processes.
