Requirements
Must:
- Professional experience with Mulesoft
- Passion for Integration Cloud technologies and products
- Experience as an IT consultant or developer in a customer-facing role
- Ability to build productive client relationships, identify and develop opportunities for new business
- Proven Distributed Delivery experience (Off-Shore or On-Shore project delivery)
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Agile, Waterfall) and application life cycle management
- Ability to understand business and IT department requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Mulesoft Platform Architect or Mulesoft Integration Architect certification is an advantage
- Practical experience in MuleSoft API Development, MuleSoft Flow development, and MuleSoft cloud hub
- Good proficiency working with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- MuleSoft Certified: MuleSoft MCD or MCA certification
- Knowledge of API management and microservices
- 15 to 20 years hands-on experience in integration development, testing, and deployment
- Senior-level integration experience as a Senior Mulesoft Developer/Architect
- Experience in other MuleSoft integration technologies
- Ability to drive KPIs and value-adds to the customer
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL will be considered an advantage
- Understanding of interface automated testing and troubleshooting
- Experience working as a member of a small agile software development team, including participating in planning sessions and interpreting user stories, doing code reviews, and pair programming.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Mulesoft solutions for various integration projects
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Develop API integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Drive best practices in integration methodologies and application life cycle management
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Support project delivery in a hybrid work environment
- Monitor project KPIs and report on value adds for customers
