Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have extensive working knowledge of Microsoft's technology products at the Solutions Engineer level, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory. You should possess deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as Defender, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online, as well as EntraID. Confidence in network technologies—routing, switching, wireless, and firewalls—is essential, with experience in Cisco Meraki or Fortinet devices being advantageous. Additionally, you need good experience working within an ITIL-based Managed Service environment and its core processes, such as ticket management and time recording. The ability to produce and maintain detailed technical documentation is crucial, along with stakeholder and project management skills to communicate technical solutions to different audiences. A solid understanding and application of security controls, policies, and technologies at endpoint, server, and network levels are required. Good communication skills, both written and oral, are a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical and project services to a diverse range of clients, delivering high-quality solutions with great customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving system and networking problems, configuring and optimizing customer cloud environments, servers, networks, applications, and policies, as well as identifying opportunities to improve customer IT environments. You will adhere to change control policies and procedures and work with Solutions Architect colleagues to produce standardized documentation for new and emerging technologies. Additionally, you will act as an escalation point and mentor for junior colleagues.
