Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates who hold Agile and ITIL Foundation level qualifications or possess relevant practical experience in a similar role. You should have Microsoft role-based certification and be skilled at working with technologies in a secure enterprise environment. A well-developed knowledge of database concepts, architectures, software, and facilities is essential, along with a solid understanding of object and data modeling techniques and design principles. Excellent numerical and analytical skills are required, alongside extensive knowledge of relevant programming languages. While subject matter expertise in a key technology, tool, or product is desirable, experience working in a variety of ITIL3 environments is also valued.
Responsibilities
As part of our collaborative and creative team of software developers, you will be tasked with designing, coding, testing, correcting, and documenting large programs and modifications based on supplied specifications. Your responsibilities include providing cost estimates, timescales, and resource requirements for effecting changes. You will work closely with our clients and users on the content and appearance of complex web pages, create and test these pages, and develop web interfaces for new or existing applications. Additionally, you will analyze data requirements to establish, modify, or maintain object and data models, evaluate potential solutions, and provide installation and commissioning of selected products. Utilizing application management software, you will collect performance statistics to ensure targets are met, perform essential maintenance, and resolve any encountered issues. You are expected to maintain your knowledge of specific technical specialisms and provide detailed advice regarding their application.
