Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate skilled in developing digital solutions using various Microsoft Power Platform technologies and services, including Power Pages, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps. You should have experience working in an agile development environment and be familiar with business process testing. Additionally, it is essential to demonstrate the ability to define and document project phases while managing multiple projects concurrently. The ideal candidate will work well independently and as part of a team, effectively communicating with both individuals and groups.
Responsibilities
As a Power Platform Developer, you will establish requirements for new Power Platform solutions and enhancements. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Power Platform services, ensuring all solutions adhere to governance standards. Managing the team's workload, you will also mentor and train team members on the Power Platform. It's vital that you guide users and stakeholders in solving business problems through bespoke software applications. You will implement software while minimizing disruption to service users and actively participate in user acceptance testing of system implementations, identifying and addressing any bugs in new solutions. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Power Platform developments, you will have the confidence to make informed decisions within your area of expertise.
Description
This role offers a salary range of £37,000 to £45,000 and is based in Cardiff (outskirts) with a hybrid work arrangement on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
