Requirements
Must:
As a Microsoft D365 & Power Platform Analyst, we are looking for candidates with:
- Experience of developing solutions using the full capability of the Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working with the Microsoft Dataverse, specifically D365 Customer Engagement
- Experience working with Azure Service Bus to configure interfaces
- Experience working within the wider Microsoft Azure platform and PAAS environment
- Working knowledge of scripting – either Python, .Net, C# or JavaScript
- Experience working with API endpoints and data mapping
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience in the use of the SCRUM framework (or similar)
- The ability to communicate with, influence, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications
- A proven track record of successful implementation of technological solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
In your role as our Microsoft D365 & Power Platform Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding and documenting business requirements within the Azure DevOps toolset
- Owning and managing the BFS Power Platform environments, ensuring control, structure, and consistency
- Applying your understanding of the existing Microsoft Dataverse structure to ensure data integrity
- Analyzing third-party API offerings to design data point mappings
- Designing and developing appropriate, secure, and scalable solutions based on best practices
- Engaging with architects and the wider IT delivery teams to ensure solutions meet standards and are fit for purpose
- Ensuring the resilience and supportability of solutions through appropriate alerting, logging, and error handling
- Creating high-quality technical documentation to outline what is to be delivered
