Requirements
Must:
- Solid Business Analysis experience, specializing in ServiceNow ITSM
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow Solutions
- Ability to convert high-level Business Requirements and User Requirements into functional specifications and documentation
- Requirement statements must be complete, concise, traceable, feasible, and detailed to the required standards
- Experience in process mapping for business services from end-to-end
- Proficient in preparing, organizing, and leading workshops and interviews to identify business needs and objectives, and analyzing data to produce meaningful requirements
- Specific exposure to Business Change and Business Improvement Projects
- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external suppliers to ensure roadmaps are complete
- Competence in documenting and translating technical requirements into the live environment
- Experience with user journeys
- Strong stakeholder management and analysis skills
- Experience with large scale/enterprise infrastructure projects
- Hybrid working model (1-2 days per week on-site)
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, I will work closely with a Senior Project Manager within our Project Management team to support the delivery of a critical ServiceNow project. I will lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and ensure all business requirements are met effectively while analyzing data to produce meaningful insights. My role will involve process mapping and stakeholder management to guarantee successful project outcomes.

This is a 12-month contract position that is inside IR35. To succeed, you’ll need to have a flexible approach to managing and prioritizing a high workload and multiple complex issues in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
