Must:
We are looking for someone with strong experience in Java, Spring, and modern software development practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), is important. Experience working on a variety of projects is ideal, and while exposure to medical or healthcare technologies is a plus, it is not essential. You should be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and collaborate well with a remote team. Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are key.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Java Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring, and AWS. You'll contribute to multiple diverse projects, each presenting unique technical challenges. Working closely with a dynamic team of 9 engineers, you'll provide technical leadership and support while ensuring that our software is scalable, maintainable, and performs to high standards. Furthermore, you will participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the overall growth of our engineering team.

We offer a hybrid working environment, allowing you to work 5 days across 2 weeks in the office, with flexible working hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
