Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong development experience with C# .NET and/or Java.
- Solid understanding of secure coding practices and API design.
- Proficient in source control (Git) and CI/CD automation tools.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passion for testing and software quality.
Desirable Skills:
- Front-end development experience (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience working with AWS, including serverless architecture and containerization.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Exposure to TDD, BDD, or similar testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of financial systems and markets is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architecture and product teams to develop innovative technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through test-driven development and code reviews.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of key product features.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure robust CI/CD practices.
