Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have significant experience in similar roles.
- I have a proven track record of successfully developing federated IAM solutions, designs, and implementations.
- I possess experience in developing solutions across multiple commercial cloud providers, ideally AWS and Azure.
- I am proficient in designing Infrastructure as Code deployments.
- I have experience with API integrations and authentication, as well as with PKI and federated data architectures.
- I possess expertise in legacy systems integrations.
- I am experienced with OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, Entra ID, Azure B2C, AAD, and SAML.
- I have dealt with multi-cloud approaches, particularly where federated IAM is required.
- I demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- I am a strategic thinker who can translate technology solutions for a diverse audience.
Responsibilities
- I will be a key part of the technical delivery team, delivering a high-profile AHDB and industry data project.
- I will develop and execute a comprehensive federated IAM design, initially focused on one or two key cross-industry AHDB digital projects, aligning with AHDB's overall goals and objectives.
- I will work with teams to develop requirements, designs, and delivery approaches.
- I will participate in internal technical workshops and external technical stakeholder working groups.
- I will contribute to a comprehensive requirement set and set of design artefacts.
- I will develop relationships with key technical stakeholders across the industry.
- I will be instrumental in creating a cultural shift towards improved collaboration and co-design across the industry.
- I will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with external organizations, technology stakeholders, and industry leaders to further AHDB's wider goals and objectives.
Description
I am currently recruiting for a Federated IAM Specialist to work on a hybrid basis, two days per week from our HQ in Coventry and the remainder working remotely from home. Occasional travel to meetings in other UK locations may also be required. This externally funded role is vital in defining and delivering solutions for various strategic industry data projects and systems, playing a significant part in delivering digital and data solutions for the agricultural industry.
