- I am looking for someone skilled across multiple areas of architecture, with strong expertise in at least one discipline such as IT/technical, business, solution, or data architecture. - You must have recent public sector experience. - I need someone who is capable of examining and understanding complex systems, highlighting links and dependencies between different components. - Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to confidently communicate ideas and recommendations to senior leaders and decision-makers. - You should demonstrate the ability to develop strong, collaborative relationships with architects from different specialisms within a large and distributed organisation. - It’s important that you are proficient in recognising, documenting, and explaining architectural risks—whether technical, data-related, business, or security-focused. - I require you to be skilled at managing and balancing the expectations of diverse stakeholders. - Finally, you should be trusted to influence and guide key decisions across the organisation to align with our strategic goals.
