Requirements
Must:
- Technical experience in installing and upgrading Server, Desktop, and Network infrastructure.
- Proficiency with imaging and deployment of technologies for Windows 10/11.
- Ability to install and configure Microsoft 365 Applications.
- Experience with network installations and comms cabinet patching.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 - 2019.
- Skills in Active Directory management, IP address management through DNS & DHCP, Group Policy Management.
- Familiarity with virtualisation technology, such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- This position is subject to a clear standard DBS check.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a project team to deliver installations and upgrades of IT infrastructure.
- Assist with imaging and deployment of Windows 10/11 technologies.
- Install and configure required Microsoft 365 Applications.
- Perform network installations and manage comms cabinet patching.
- Handle Active Directory management and manage IP addressing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective Group Policy Management and virtualisation tasks.
