Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Windows 10/11 support skills in a modern, cloud-first environment
- A knack for communicating with everyone from executives to end users
- Problem-solving superpowers
- A full UK driving license (for visiting sites across the Trust)
Bonus Points for:
- A degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with smart device deployment (especially Android)
- Networking know-how (routers, firewalls, access points)
- Recognized M365 certifications
Responsibilities
- Solving real tech issues quickly and effectively
- Communicating clearly with non-technical staff
- Managing Microsoft 365 environments like a pro
- Deploying new tech and keeping our systems modern and secure
- Supporting exciting digital projects and driving innovation
- Building documentation that makes everyone's lives easier
- Evaluating new technologies to keep us ahead of the curve

We are currently hiring for an IT Technician position to work across our Trust sites in York, Goole, Pickering, and Thirsk. This full-time role offers a salary between £24,000 and £28,000, based on your skills and experience. We are looking for someone who is ready to bring their IT skills to life and enjoy working in a supportive team that values your input. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives through digital transformation.
