Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a certified Salesforce Developer with experience in a senior or lead development role.
- I need someone with strong leadership and people management skills, as well as experience in coaching and performance management.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including integration and optimisation, is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues are required.
- I value experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working with cross-functional IT teams.
Responsibilities
- I will manage the Salesforce Development Team, focusing on engagement, coaching, and performance management.
- It will be my responsibility to prioritise and plan the team's workload and associated tasks.
- I will provide training and support to equip team members with relevant business knowledge and skills.
- Translating user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment, while following best practices, will be part of my role.
- I will perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new product functionality.
- Collaboration with business representatives and IT colleagues to ensure seamless development and optimisation of the Salesforce platform is essential.
