Must:
We are seeking a proven RPA/BluePrism Developer with a strong focus on successfully delivering automation projects. You should have expertise in designing and developing automation solutions using BluePrism. A proficient ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities is essential, along with sound knowledge of data quality principles and experience with data cleansing activities. Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic, agile environment are critical. Strong communication skills are also necessary to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels within our organization. Please note that local candidates who can work onsite in Preston at least 2 days per week are preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of BluePrism to develop and implement efficient robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, analyze business requirements, and design effective automation workflows. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand system data quality issues and develop innovative solutions for data cleansing. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our RPA capabilities and best practices and ensure adherence to development standards, documentation, and coding guidelines. Lastly, providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise for automation processes will also be part of your responsibilities.
