Requirements
Must:

- I am a fast learner, quickly getting up to speed with new concepts and technologies.
- I have experience as a Salesforce developer, with a solid understanding of when to use out-of-the-box features, custom Flows, or custom code.
- I have built usable and scalable systems/applications, including a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.
- I am familiar with setting up Omnichannel, routing, Email-to-case, and escalation rules.
- I have knowledge about email deliverability and troubleshooting.
- I am familiar with Salesforce's suite of APIs.
- I am willing to extend my software development skills beyond Salesforce.
- I strive to drive the best possible solutions for any system I am working on.
- I have experience using a source-driven development scheme with CI/CD tools.
- I have a strong preference for Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I, II, and Service Cloud Consultant.
Responsibilities
- I will build and maintain high-quality features and services using Apex, Lightning (Aura & LWC), JavaScript, integration patterns, and other development technologies.
- I will establish and maintain integrations between Salesforce and both internal and third-party services.
- I will continuously improve automations related to Salesforce and other tools.
- I will enhance the case management process using the tools available within Salesforce.
- I will focus on improving the maintainability and quality of features and services.
- I will assist colleagues by grooming and recommending best practices based on their requests.
- I will design and develop flexible and scalable solutions to meet immediate business requirements from other teams.
- I will communicate with stakeholders to better understand user needs and implement optimal solutions.
