Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in software development, specifically focusing on Java backend development and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot, Maven).
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment technologies, and cloud platforms such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
- UK citizenship is essential due to security clearance requirements.
- Must be able to gain and maintain the highest level of UK Government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- I will design and develop robust, scalable backend systems using modern technologies and best practices.
- I will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and testing.
- I will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, front-end developers, and QA.
- I will mentor and support junior developers to foster team growth and ensure technical excellence.
