Must:
We are looking for a SQL Database Developer with strong hands-on SQL Server database development skills. You should have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SQL Server database solutions, including complex stored procedures, T-SQL, indexing, and relational/dimensional modeling. Familiarity with building and optimizing data pipelines and integrations across cloud platforms is essential. Experience with cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Azure SQL would be a plus. Additionally, we value advantageous skills in Power BI, NoSQL, Azure Synapse, data visualization tools, Data Lakes, streaming technologies, Master Data Management (MDM), Git, and DevOps pipelines. You must be willing to work full-time from our Derby office and aim to start ideally in Summer 2025.
Responsibilities
As a SQL Database Developer, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining SQL Server database solutions that power core business applications. You will work closely with key stakeholders such as data architects, analysts, testers, and managers throughout the full SQL development life-cycle, including design, development, documentation, and testing. You will also be tasked with building and optimizing data pipelines and integrations across various cloud platforms.
