Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect in large-scale environments. You should have deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Order Management. A strong understanding of Salesforce data models, architecture, APIs, and integration patterns is essential. We value a solid programming background (APEX, Force.com, .NET, Java) alongside strong database knowledge. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are needed. Additionally, being a certified Salesforce Commerce and Core Architect is required. Desirable skills include knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, as well as experience with DevSecOps tools and practices, particularly Copado.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will architect and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to our business needs. You will lead technical design across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Order Management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems. Your responsibilities also include providing architectural governance and technical guidance to development teams, assessing and optimizing existing Salesforce environments to drive performance and reliability, and translating business requirements into technically sound and future-proof solutions. Furthermore, you will stay up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging best practices, mentor junior team members, enforce high technical standards across teams, ensure all technical designs align with enterprise architecture and security standards, and oversee the quality and performance of third-party development teams, including project and DevSecOps work.

Compensation & Benefits include a base salary of £107,000, a performance bonus of up to 25%, a pension contribution of up to 12%, and a travel allowance of £4,000 annually, along with additional benefits and opportunities for professional development.
