Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone who is confident in bridging the technical and strategic. You should have experience across data and software architecture, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to steer complex projects to successful delivery. The essentials for this role include:
- Strong experience designing cloud-native data solutions (AWS or Azure)
- Deep knowledge of data modeling and architecture principles
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
- Solid background in relational and columnar database design
- Proficiency with BI tools and event-driven architectures
- A clear communicator with experience in writing technical documentation
- Comfortable working with Agile, TOGAF, or similar frameworks
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience with Python and data libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Knowledge of ETL tools (Airflow, Talend, NiFi)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (SAS, Posit)
- Prior work in high-performance or large-scale data environments
Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of secure, cloud-native data, and software architectures. Your responsibilities will involve:
- Leading the development of enterprise-scale data and software architectures
- Shaping integration strategies and designing reusable, automated solutions
- Collaborating with delivery teams, third parties, and stakeholders to align designs
- Documenting conceptual, logical, and physical designs clearly
- Embedding security, governance, and compliance across all architecture layers
- Guiding solutions through governance and assurance processes
- Mentoring developers and junior architects to drive best practices
