Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with expert-level knowledge of multiple Performance Test Tools and the ability to create custom solutions to generate load for proprietary protocols. You should have an expert-level understanding of Application Operational Acceptance Testing and in-depth knowledge of diverse solution architectures, enabling you to architect appropriate Non-Functional Testing (NFT) solutions. A good understanding of SCADA, Real-Time Control, and Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) is essential, preferably with experience in OSI Aspentech / DGM products. We also require you to have electricity transmission domain experience or similar industry expertise. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power systems and control systems engineering (such as IEC101, IEC104, GI74, IEC 61850, and IEEE standards) and an understanding of security architectures and principles are necessary. Proficiency in using JIRA, X-ray, JQL, and Power BI for reporting, as well as hands-on experience with Neoload and LoginVS, is required.
Responsibilities
As our Non-Functional Test Lead, you will leverage your expert skills in performance testing and application operational acceptance testing to ensure the effectiveness of our solutions. You will architect and implement appropriate NFT solutions based on diverse solution architectures while applying your knowledge of SCADA and NMS. You will be responsible for generating custom load solutions for proprietary protocols, guiding the team in understanding and complying with relevant industry standards, and helping to maintain security protocols within our frameworks.

This position is based in Warwick, UK, requiring attendance in the office three days a week.
