Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar discipline
- 5 years experience in a professional software or embedded environment
- Practical knowledge of Yocto or OpenEmbedded
- Confident with Linux systems and scripting in Python, JavaScript, and Bash/Shell
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
- Nice to have: Background in digital video, multimedia, or networked embedded systems
- Nice to have: Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes, or similar cloud platforms
- Nice to have: Familiarity with GitHub, Gerrit, or other code review tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated build and test pipelines for embedded products
- Improve existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Track and report on test results and quality metrics
- Work with the development team to resolve build, integration, and deployment issues
- Support release planning and prioritization alongside product and engineering leads
