Must:
We are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer who has demonstrable experience in iOS or Android development. You should possess a passion and enthusiasm for quality and best practices in software engineering. We expect you to be technically proficient in building and delivering iOS and Android mobile applications within fast-growing, consumer-facing organizations. A strong champion of Object-Oriented programming and software engineering principles is essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of the following technologies: iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone for all mobile initiatives. You will lead our mobile team by providing coaching and mentoring to promote knowledge sharing and guide our ways of working. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers and identifying opportunities for efficiency. Furthermore, you will lead the architecture and implementation planning of new features.
