Requirements
Must:
- You should have a strong understanding of SAP Payroll processes and the ability to analyze the build and business processes within SAP.
- Expertise in defining, validating, and documenting business and functional calculation rules/requirements for HR and Payroll processes in Oracle is essential.
- Experience collaborating with functional leads and system integrators (SI) to map existing SAP business practices into Oracle-compatible processes is required.
- You should be able to support functional leads with queries related to requirements, configuration, and data migration mapping.
- Familiarity with legislative payroll and HMRC requirements is important, along with the ability to participate in UAT and PPR testing from a SAP perspective.
Responsibilities
- Analyze SAP build and business processes to define detailed business and functional calculation rules for Oracle HR and Payroll processes.
- Engage with functional leads to ensure smooth mapping of existing SAP practices into Oracle.
- Collaborate with functional leads and SI to review SAP configurations, reporting requirements, and data migration logic.
- Assist in resolving queries about work structures, SAP HR and Payroll configuration, and current business processes.
- Write specifications for Oracle reports based on SAP reporting and run reports in SAP as needed.
- Participate in design sessions and provide input during DM mapping and Playbacks.
- Advise on payroll and HMRC legislative requirements during design and migration processes.
Description
This position is for a 12-week contract as an SAP Payroll Specialist, offering a daily rate of £500 - £550 via Umbrella. The working arrangements are hybrid, allowing for remote work but will require attendance at our County Hall in Chichester on occasions during the Oracle implementation program.
