Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical background with extensive experience across IT systems and integrations
- Proven experience running enterprise application operations, enhancements, and support
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on capacities
- Experience managing third-party partners and suppliers
- Knowledge of Windows, SQL, and SDLC methodologies
- Background in managing applications across areas such as ERP, CRM, HR, or similar enterprise platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of enterprise application services to support business strategy
- Manage internal teams and external partners across development, implementation, and support
- Support solution architects, product owners, engineers, and business analysts while driving a culture of high performance
- Oversee daily operations of core enterprise applications
- Manage and maintain key systems such as ERP, CRM, HR, document management, and other critical business applications
- Develop technical roadmaps, plan upgrades, and ensure applications remain secure and up to date
- Lead Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and quarterly reviews with third-party partners
- Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to ensure applications enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ITGC, internal policies, data protection, and industry standards
- Implement application security measures and controls
- Manage budgets, SaaS subscriptions, and vendor relationships
