Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in a security operations role
- Experience with XDR solutions
- Strong understanding of security concepts and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents
- Provide technical support for XDR solutions on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
- Manage and prioritize security tickets
- Collaborate with other teams to improve our security posture
Description
We are seeking a Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst to join our team at our MediaCityUK location. In this full-time role, with a salary of £25,275 per annum, I will rely on you to monitor security alerts, respond to incidents, and provide technical support for our Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions. You will play a vital part in managing and prioritizing security tickets and working collaboratively with other teams to enhance our security posture.
