I am looking for a candidate with proficiency in Python and Django development, along with knowledge of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL. Familiarity with asynchronous tools such as Celery is essential. An interest in modernizing legacy systems and introducing new web technologies is required. Additionally, strong communication skills are crucial for collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to maintain and support our existing Django-based application. You will contribute to architectural decisions aimed at reducing complexity and work with PostgreSQL databases to support data optimization. Your responsibilities will also include supporting asynchronous processing with Celery and driving the transition towards modern web technologies, including JavaScript-based components and optimized SQL.
