Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years software development experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with ERP development or similar business systems
- Solid foundation in software development principles
- Logical and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze problems from multiple angles while keeping sight of the core objective
- Curious, proactive, and positive mindset with a “can-do” approach
- Collaborative and open-minded
- Python or JavaScript experience is an advantage but not essential
- Knowledge of Priority ERP is an advantage but not essential
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test ERP modules, features, and integrations
- Consider the wider system impact of your work to ensure solutions are well-integrated
- Customize and extend Priority ERP to support business processes
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with clear documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the ERP environment
- Collaborate with the development team to refine solutions and contribute alternative perspectives
- Work with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system architecture and development practices

As an ERP Developer within our in-house development team, you will thrive in a dynamic, supportive, and solution-focused environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are at the heart of our operations. We offer a salary between £40,000 and £45,000 for a 39-hour workweek, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
