Requirements
Must:
- I have experience working directly with clients and taking ownership of bespoke development work.
- I possess full software development lifecycle experience, including requirements gathering, and I approach tasks with a sales engineer mindset.
- I have strong backend development skills in Python.
- I am experienced with AWS.
- I have good business acumen, ideally with experience in start-ups or SMEs.
- I am degree educated in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline.
- I have my own car and a valid driving license.
- I have a notice period of one month or less.
Responsibilities
- As a Technical Consultant, I will collaborate closely with clients and take ownership of bespoke end-to-end projects.
- I will focus on building cloud-based applications/systems using Python and AWS.
- I will work independently across the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to making technical decisions, ensuring that I see the results of my work quickly.
Description
I am excited to offer the opportunity for a Technical Consultant (Python AWS) to join our small but growing team in Central Manchester, working three days a week in the office with the flexibility to work from home the other two days. Occasionally, I will need to visit client sites, so having my own car is essential. In this role, I will receive a competitive salary of up to £85k, along with 25 days of holiday and a pension plan. I will have a hybrid working arrangement and will play an impactful role with excellent career progression opportunities as the company scales.
