Requirements
Must:
- A proven background as a Frontend Developer (ideally with some exposure to migrations or modernizing systems).
- Strong commercial experience with React & TypeScript (experience with SolidJS is not required).
- An eye for design and an appreciation of great UI/UX.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to consider improvements for conversion in UIs.
- Creativity, collaboration, and a passion for building impactful software.
- Experience operating as the sole frontend developer or in a small team would be beneficial.
- Willingness to travel to central Bath once a week.
Responsibilities
- Lead the progression and modernization of our frontend, including migrating an existing product from Vue.js to React.
- Work across a suite of products built with SolidJS, TypeScript, and GraphQL, providing variety in daily tasks.
- Contribute to product discussions leveraging strong analytical thinking.
- Collaborate with a team of smart and dedicated engineers to create great and effective software solutions.
