Requirements
Must:
- Solid experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions.
- Strong SQL skills and a good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- An eye for design; you know how to make data not just functional, but compelling.
- A proactive mindset; you don't just wait for tasks, you actively seek ways to add value.
- Bonus: Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or the Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, automated dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Build scalable semantic models and robust BI processes, including development, peer review, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform their data needs into powerful, self-service solutions.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual reporting with smart, automated BI tools.
- Champion best practices in data visualization, user experience, and data integrity.
