Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with proven experience in Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure, and O365. You should have hands-on experience with Dell EMC SANs, SonicWall, and network monitoring tools. Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills are essential. Additionally, familiarity with Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning strategies and compliance frameworks is required. We value strong project management, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you'll be supporting users and teams both remotely and onsite. A willingness to travel occasionally for installations and upgrades is expected. Having MCSE and CCNA certifications is a plus.
Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will administer and support Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and Azure environments. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues across servers, networks, and SAN storage (Dell/EMC). Your role will include managing and documenting system upgrades, patches, and configurations. You will provide Tier 3 support and technical guidance to internal teams, monitor system performance, backups, and network uptime. Implementing and maintaining security best practices and compliance standards, including GDPR and cybersecurity, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also collaborate with vendors and internal teams on various infrastructure projects and procurement activities.
