Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience working within Professional Services
- 3-5 years in an IT Manager role
- Experience across systems, infrastructure, applications/software, and hardware
- Proven track record of implementing IT security changes
- Strong and engaging communication skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure the security and maintenance of all IT systems, including networks, servers, and applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IT solutions that align with business needs
- Deliver changes within IT security, data protection, and GDPR when required
- Manage various IT system/infrastructure/application/software or hardware projects
- Oversee O365 and the Microsoft stack
- Analyze and review the current IT estate, identifying positive changes for cost savings and efficiencies for end users
- Support O365 and the Microsoft stack
Description
We are currently working with a Professional Services client seeking an IT Manager with a background in Professional Services and experience leading strategic change. Your initial tasks will include reviewing the IT estate, recommending changes, and ensuring the platform is built for modernization through digitalization and AI.
