Must:
- I am looking for candidates with 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership role is essential.
- You should possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and ecosystem.
- Experience working with Salesforce E&U Cloud and Omnistudio (including Data Raptors, Omniscripts, and Integration Procedures) is required.
- I expect strong skills in APEX, LWC, Visualforce, and API integration.
- A proactive problem-solver and strategic thinker is what I need.
- You must be a clear communicator with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- I need you to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Providing expert-level guidance on Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integrations will be expected from you.
- I want you to leverage your Omnistudio/Vlocity skills to build powerful, user-friendly tools.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions is part of the role.
- You will drive best practices across code quality, testing, deployment, and performance.
- Automating business processes using Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, and more will be one of your key tasks.
- Supporting and guiding the Salesforce team with mentorship, code reviews, and documentation is essential.
- Staying ahead of the curve with emerging tech and suggesting enhancements to the platform will be part of your innovation strategy.
- I expect you to deliver robust integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware tools.
