Requirements
Must:
- You must have a Technical Site Support or Technical Sales background.
- Knowledge or experience within the Steel/Refractory industry is advantageous but not essential.
- You need to have a UK driving license.
- Strong skills in building working relationships and management are essential.
Responsibilities
- You will provide on-site technical support in Scunthorpe.
- This is a remote working position with frequent travel to customer sites.
- You will be customer-facing and responsible for developing working relationships.
- The role is day-based, Monday to Friday, where you will help identify technical requirements, oversee installations, manage documentation and stock, and support the sales team.
