Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who possess strong experience with embedded software, particularly in C and C++. Additionally, a basic understanding of .Net and C# is essential. You should have previously worked in a similar role where you managed a team and drove results. A proven ability to foster innovation and strategic thinking, along with strong problem-solving skills, is highly desirable. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Linux, and Android is a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take charge of driving software development projects, ensuring they align with our company objectives. You will manage the team effectively to keep everyone on track and working to deadlines. Regular meetings will be held to deliver status reports and facilitate communication across the team. Initially, you will work on-site until your probation is completed, after which you will have the option to work remotely two days a week.
