Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in planning and delivering ERP implementations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks, drive deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience with IFS is desirable; however, any other ERP experience is acceptable.
- Ability to manage expectations and coordinate internal teams and resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ERP Integration Project as the primary point of contact.
- Manage expectations and hold the implementation partner accountable for successful delivery.
- Identify risks, resolve challenges, and effectively manage scope changes.
- Coordinate internal teams and resources for seamless project execution.
- Work onsite 5 days a week, based in Honiton.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing the ERP Integration Project, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget.
