Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in embedded firmware development
- Proficiency in both bare-metal and RTOS development
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Must be located within a commutable distance of Margate (Kent) or be open to relocating to the area
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for the Embedded Software Team
- Lead the design and development of embedded firmware for products
- Engage with stakeholders and mentor/lead junior team members
- Work on-site in Margate, 5 days a week
