Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a Solution Architect with proven experience in Facilities Management or a closely related sector. You should have expertise in one or more of the following areas: CRM, complex case management, Telephony, Azure, Cloud technologies, Dynamics, SaaS products, RPA/AI, or Data Analytics. A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud-based solutions, and modern application architectures is essential. You must have demonstrable experience supporting large-scale IT projects or bids, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are necessary, and a good knowledge of IT security standards and best practices is preferred. A degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience will be valued.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner with IT Project Managers and business stakeholders to design solutions that meet project and operational needs. You will support bid and business development teams with solution designs and cost models. It is your responsibility to ensure architectural compliance and alignment with enterprise IT standards. You will present and explain solution designs and models to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams during project execution and review supplier proposals for quality, feasibility, and compliance with architectural standards. Your task will also include producing clear and comprehensive solution and service designs to guide delivery while maintaining alignment between technology solutions and business strategy.
