Requirements
Must:
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Practical experience in an IT operations role.
- Evidence of training in analysis of systems, problem ascertaining and diagnosis is essential.
- Good technical knowledge of systems in one or more management applications, such as:
- Windows Server management (including patch management)
- Microsoft Exchange
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- ADFS
- Office 365
- MS Configuration Manager
- Citrix
- Scripting in PowerShell
- Administration of Exchange and O365 is a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expand our large internal IT team and offer the flexibility to work from home. You will be technically and tactically involved in the diverse operational and development activities of our IT Infrastructure team. Your primary responsibilities will include contributing to and leading the day-to-day operation and service improvement of our core enterprise-level IT systems and services, which encompass operating system platforms, infrastructure, and applications. You will also work on IT projects, either contributing or acting as the technical lead, in the development of new IT services and their associated infrastructure.
