Must:
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong commercial experience in a senior software engineering capacity using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. A degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related subject is essential. You should be able to quickly pick up new technologies and have strong attention to detail. Great communication skills are important as our team is highly collaborative. Experience with RabbitMQ, JavaScript, React, Redis, and Electron is beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work in an agile environment within our back-end platform and systems integration team. You will utilize a broad range of technologies, including PHP, Laravel, MySQL, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, React, Redis, and Electron. Your responsibilities will include understanding business requirements and translating these into technical design and development tasks, analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, and identifying solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability. You will advocate for best practices in software engineering, collaborate with and mentor other team members, and work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
