- Strengthen client relationships by managing contract renewals and handling any churn risks proactively. - Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client success and introduce impactful services. - Act as the main relationship architect, resolving issues swiftly and leading regular business reviews. - Collaborate with the Sales Development team to transition qualified leads into lasting partnerships. - Craft and maintain effective account plans, manage accurate pipelines, and keep our CRM updated. - Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Create exceptional customer experiences that lead to referrals and testimonials. - Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to share valuable insights. - Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies for seamless operations.
