Requirements
Must:
- Highly experienced Python Developer with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
- Deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance systems in fast-paced, product-led environments.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a natural inclination to mentor others.
- Confidence in collaborating within cross-functional teams and a passion for shaping tech culture to deliver significant business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable Python applications that power our AI-driven marketing platform.
- Architect robust systems and guide our technical roadmap, turning strategy into impactful, real-world solutions.
- Champion engineering excellence by mentoring team members, embedding best practices, and driving innovation through clean code and collaboration.
- Work closely with our CTO, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to bring bold ideas to life and solve meaningful problems.
- Take ownership of key technical decisions and help build a culture of engineering excellence within the team.
