Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking someone who can write great, clean code.
- You should have extensive experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.
- I require someone with a solid background in building and deploying ML models into production environments, along with strong CI/CD proficiency.
- You need to be proficient in Python and its data science ecosystem, including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- A good knowledge of time series analysis and anomaly detection is essential.
Responsibilities
- I want you to own, design, build, and implement sophisticated AI solutions.
- You will work closely with engineering teams to productionize models and optimize performance.
- I expect you to lead and mentor our data science team in developing cutting-edge predictive models.
- You will collaborate with our CTO to help drive the data science strategy and roadmap, identifying under-exploited areas in our datasets and that of the global fleet.
- I need you to champion best practices in data science methodology and ML ops, upholding standards across the team.
