Most importantly, I am a strong coach and mentor with a proven ability to manage and grow small teams effectively.

Responsibilities
In my role, I will lead and inspire a large engineering team, combining Agile delivery with strong mentorship. I will shape the long-term technical roadmap, make key engineering decisions, and drive best practices across the team. I will work closely with Product Owners and PMs to deliver high-quality software every two weeks. While I am happy to immerse myself in hands-on work when needed, my true strength lies in empowering others and leading with impact rather than doing it all myself.
