Must:
We are looking for a Security Architect with a strong background in financial services. You should have at least 15 years of experience in Information Security, with 5 to 8 years specifically in Security Architecture roles. Hands-on experience with cloud security is essential, preferably with AWS, Azure, or GCP in a multi-cloud environment. A deep understanding of financial services compliance requirements and frameworks (such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CSA CCM, PCI DSS) is required. You should possess expert-level knowledge of IAM, network security, encryption, API and application security, container security, and SIEM strategies. Proven leadership in DevSecOps practices and securing modern development pipelines is necessary. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will define and lead the enterprise-wide cloud security architecture strategy. Acting as a trusted security advisor, you will collaborate with senior leadership and engineering teams. You'll guide the design and integration of secure solutions across applications, infrastructure, and data platforms. Your duties will include performing threat modeling, architecture reviews, and proposing mitigation strategies. You will ensure alignment with European regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, DORA, NIS2) and embed DevSecOps into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of Zero Trust principles, secure APIs, container security, and logging strategies.
